Presales Engineer (Portfolio Opportunity)

A fast-growing company in our portfolio, developing AI-based knowledge management tools, is looking for an experienced Presales Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting field of technology and a product with the potential to deliver huge impact to customers. So, they need someone who loves understanding and communicating product value, working with customers, and staying close to their technical roots.

In this role, you will:

• Be a key technical stakeholder in the sales process.
• Working closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Assist with product demonstrations, presentations, and technical webinars.
• Lead product education and training efforts.
• Handle complex technical inquiries and provide in-depth support to clients.
• Gather feedback from customers and the sales team to improve our products and services.

For this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
• 4+ years of experience in a presales engineer, solutions engineer, or other relevant role.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
• Experience with AI cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Exceptional English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and convincingly.
• Big plus if you've worked on AI-based products or in the cybersecurity industry.
