Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership and responsibility for the quality of Cyera’s production operations and ensure high standards for all releases.
• Work closely with technical (backend, QA, and infrastructure) and non-technical (product, design) teams to verify features.
• Act as the focal point for product quality, providing mentorship throughout all software development phases—from customer feedback and product design to development implementations, test coverage, and feature releases.
• Serve as the comprehensive knowledge base and connecting link among all organizational departments, including customer success, product, and the development team.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 3 years as a QA Engineer, with a focus on testing complex applications, particularly web-based systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and data testing.
• Proficiency in writing and executing test documents.
• Ability to work independently with strong self-learning capabilities.
• Experience in regression, functional, and non-functional tests, including performance testing.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional relationship management and facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automated testing.
• Experience with Cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
