Introduction to Role:

As a Medical Advisor, you will be a core member of our brand team, taking the medical lead in the therapeutic area. Your role will involve building scientific partnerships with Key External Experts (KEE) and other healthcare professionals, providing key medical input to marketing-sales-market access interface, and providing high-quality up-to-date scientific and medical information to customers. This role is office-based with a significant field presence.

Accountabilities:

As a Medical Advisor, you will conduct scientific exchange and collect customer insights, deliver key medical input into the brand strategy, maintain top-notch robust scientific and medical expertise, manage scientific partnerships with KEE, and ensure compliance with all external regulations & internal policies. You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving promotional material, developing and executing medical affairs projects, and coaching and supporting MSLs.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Medical or Pharmacist Degree or scientific degree with Ph.D. (M.Sc can be considered)
• Less than 1 year experience in the pharmaceutical industry (medical role)
• Significant experience with searching, handling, assimilating, synthesizing, reporting and presenting scientific data in the health care sector
• Excellent relational and communication skills
• Initiative and proactive attitude
• Presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of therapeutic area or the ability to acquire this knowledge rapidly
• Medical integrity and ethical balance
• Fluent knowledge of Hebrew and English (verbal and written)
• National mobility and flexibility
