Bookkeeper - Part-time

The INVU by Nuvo™ platform is an FDA-cleared medical-grade remote monitoring solution that combines wearable technology with dynamic cloud-based data capture and visualization to provide pregnancy monitoring that is accurate and reliable.

We are in our first year of commercialization, poised for growth and transitioning from a start-up to a publicly traded company. Headquartered in Israel, our operations span globally with a primary commercialization focus on the US market. As we expand, we are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper in Israel to work with the Lead Bookkeeper in supporting accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for bookkeeping aspects - bank and credit card reconciliation, invoice recording, month-end

reconciliation

· Support the company’s payment cycle, including purchasing, payments, and recording

· Ensure Accounts Payable vendor master data is accurate and up to date.

· Ensure appropriate manager approval of all invoices to document receipt of goods or services and to authorize invoice payment.

· Support monthly Tax reporting (VAT, withholding tax, Bituach Leumi, income tax, etc.)

· Support monthly closing process

Qualifications

· Certified Bookkeeper with at least 3 years of industry experience

· Good working knowledge of Excel

· Knowledge of ERP systems; NetSuite– an advantage

· Experience in a public company - an advantage

· Good verbal and written English skills

· True team player and collaborative

· Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem solver

· Organized, "Can Do" and positive attitude

· Availability at least 4 days/week
