Product Manager - Online Stores

Job Description

• Develop a deep understanding of market trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape to define the strategic direction of Wix Stores
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and user feedback
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation and requirements definition to launch and iteration
• Apply user-centric design principles to ensure an intuitive and delightful experience for merchants and shoppers
• Use data-driven insights and analytics to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners
• Conduct market research to inform product innovation and stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments
• Advocate for customer needs and preferences in product development discussions
  
  

Qualifications:

• A Product Manager with 3+ years experience, particularly in consumer-facing products
• Knowledgeable in online retail operations, payment processing, and enhancing customer experiences
• Adept at spotting opportunities, setting clear product directions, and managing priorities effectively
• Curious about solving user problems and translating them into great user experiences
• Excellent analytical skills to find actionable insights from data and craft effective strategies to drive product growth and success
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Solid understanding of the technical aspects of products, including API design and performance optimization, to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Proactive, dedicated, and passionate about making a difference, with the ability to take ownership of projects and manage competing priorities
