About the Position

We are seeking an experienced SDR Team Leader to join our Sales team. you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives. Your primary role will be to drive the team’s success in generating and qualifying leads, setting up meetings, and ensuring a robust sales pipeline. You will coach and mentor team members, set performance goals, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize productivity and effectiveness.

The Sales Development team is the first interaction with prospective BIScience customers and is key to the success of BIScience.

What You'll Do:

• Provide ongoing coaching, training and development opportunities to enhance the team’s skills and performance.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales development strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
• Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed pipeline targets.
• Track sales team metrics and report data to senior leadership on a regular basis
• Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
• Motivate team members through creative incentives

What We're Looking For:

• 3-4 years as SDR
• Leadership and management skills
• Experience in market research, advertising technology or consumer

insights industries- Advantage

• Experience at a high growth tech company that sells into the mid-market and enterprise companies
• Highly fluent is designing and implementing outbound sales development playbooks, cadences, and best practices
• Great at motivating and inspiring SDRs to achieve high performance and exceed targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
