Cyber Security Manager

We are seeking a talented Cyber Security Manager with vision and leadership abilities to lead our organization's cybersecurity operations.

The role is intended for candidates with at least one year of experience in organizational cyber defense, preferably graduates of elite military cyber units such as 8200, Mamram, or equivalent intelligence units.

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for:

·      Formulating strategy and managing all aspects of protecting against cyber threats within the organization.

·      Providing guidance and advice to senior management on cybersecurity and information security policies.

·      Defining relevant cybersecurity processes, procedures, and metrics.

·      Preparing risk reports and monitoring the handling of cyber threats and incidents.

·      Continuously monitoring alerts and reports, providing handling instructions to the technical team.

·      Establishing information security policies, controls, and enforcement applications.

Requirements:

·      Academic degree in technology/computer science and professional cybersecurity training.

·      Experience in planning and implementing advanced cybersecurity solutions.

·      Familiarity with BCP, DRP, and business continuity processes.

·      Experience in supply chain security - an advantage.

·      Leadership skills, systemic view, and team management abilities.

·      Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
