Here's what you'll do as an AI trainer

● Review, classify and tag diverse texts collected from a variety of source (emails, voice calls, 

texts, chatbots)

● Assess AI prediction accuracy - did the AI get it right?

● Identify issues and opportunities to improve the AI algorithm

● Analyze patterns in the data to help the model improve

Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be successful:

● English: Excellent written and verbal English.

● Technical skills : you understand the technical aspects of a product fast, flexible to change and 

are able to work with large amounts of data

● Eye for small details : while you are able to prioritize big items, you have a knack for details 

and are able to single out potential issues

● Willing to roll up your sleeves: you understand that great results involves persistency and 

tedious work a

● Great communication : you are great at communication both verbal & written

● Organized & responsible : you are able to keep track of multiple tasks and provide visibility by 

communicating status to the rest of the team

● Team player who likes to WIN : we are a team of winners with ‘Get shit done’ mentality

● Proactive : you like to expand your knowledge, always improve and impact more pieces

of the business
