We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join our team. This full-time position offers exciting challenges and professional development opportunities.

Job Description:

• Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving efficiency on production lines.
• Oversee the introduction of new machinery, including commissioning and testing prior to acceptance.
• Provide support for manufacturing processes, ensuring understanding of necessary parameters and processes for improvement.
• Analyze root causes of failures, plan corrective actions, and adjust maintenance plans accordingly.
• Ensure production performance aligns with defined targets.
• Approve changes and halt production lines when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Manufacturing/Process/Maintenance Engineer in the food/pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of production and packaging lines, mechanical equipment, and project management.
• Ability to lead and collaborate within a team.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Full-time position, Sunday to Thursday, Haifa site.
