Responsibilities: 

• Take ownership of functional design, translating concepts into tangible wireframes and rich animated prototypes that captivate and engage users.
• Conduct comprehensive product research informed by support tickets, data analysis, and competitor insights to drive informed design decisions.  
• Map out intricate product flows, anticipating and addressing diverse user scenarios to optimize user experience. 
• Lead the design cycle from inception to execution, crafting pixel-perfect UI designs across all states and scenarios, and seamlessly delivering them to development teams. 
• Utilize data-driven insights and real-user feedback to conduct thorough usability sessions post-product launch, continuously refining and enhancing the user experience. 
• Foster a collaborative environment by actively engaging with product managers, software developers, and fellow UX/UI Designers to define, design, and deliver exceptional products. 

Qualifications:

• Experienced Product Designer with a minimum of 3 years of UX and interactive design experience.
• Experience in designing complex CMS/CRM web applications and user flows.
• Proven track record in native mobile app design and crafting responsive web experiences. 
• Possess strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the product life cycle, from research to prototyping, design, and usability testing phases.
• Proficient in industry-standard tools such as Figma/Adobe suite, coupled with outstanding communication, organizational, and analytical skills, fueled by a passion for continual learning.  
• Innate problem-solving abilities with an unwavering commitment to delivering pixel-perfect design solutions.
• Exhibit a Strong sense of ownership and collaboration within the Product Team.
• Exceptional English-language proficiency, both verbal and written, facilitating seamless communication across diverse teams. 
• Thrive in collaborative environments, adept at brainstorming and collaborating with individuals of varying skill levels.
