About The Role:

We are seeking a top-talented Director of Product to build, lead and grow the product team of our newest brand- Brand 4. As part of the founding team of the brand, you will work closely with the brand’s CEO to set the building blocks for the brand's long-term success. Using an innovative and wall-breaking mindset, you will work to deliver differentiated and superior product experiences to our customers. You will lead product roadmaps from conception to launch, set & achieve strategic goals, and play a key role in our bold mission to become the next greatest disruptor of the beauty and wellness category.

What You'll Do:

• Drive end-to-end product strategy and processes, from conception to launch, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with the company's long-term goals
• Hire, lead and mentor a best-in-class product team, providing guidance and plans to drive performance to excellence and professional growth
• Build product roadmap and execution plans to deliver a superior website experience highly focused on innovation and differentiation
• Define product requirements, features, and priorities and effectively communicate them to development teams
• Manage the delivery of multiple, complex, simultaneous development projects from design through to release and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Data Science, Computer Vision) to ensure execution
• Monitor and analyze KPIs and metrics to measure product performance and constantly identify areas for potential growth
• Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors to advocate for user-centric product experience

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in product roles that require data-driven decision-making, ideally at a fast-growing startup and/or global business
• 3+ years of experience in managing and leading product teams
• Highly analytical problem-solver adept at translating quantitative data and qualitative insights into thoughtful roadmap decisions
• Hands-on leader, team player and a hard-working individual who thrives in a fast-paced growing environment
• Experience in developing, prioritizing, and communicating product roadmaps that align with business objectives
• Proven track record of successfully leading product and design teams and delivering innovative, market-leading solutions from concept to launch
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and develop top talent, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
• Experience operating in a global environment and working with teams across multiple geographies

Location- Tel Aviv, Israel (NYC relocation – optional)
