Process Engineer

flō Optics is a tech startup based in Israel, developing a new digital printing technology for coatings of optical lenses. We`re looking for a highly motivated & experienced Process Engineer to join us in our journey to lead the Eye-wear Manufacturing Industry.

The role will report to flō Process manager.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Development of new printing technology
• Design, perform and analyze experiment of coating/printing
• Define and optimize process flows
• Define requirements/interfaces of coating and printing materials
• Work in multidisciplinary teams

Required Professional Skills:

• M.Sc. in Physics, Material, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering - Must
• 3+ year of experience as process engineer - Must
• Experience in printing industry – significant advantage
• Experience in the optical industry - advantage
• Ability to lead multiple tasks under demanding timeline
• Team player
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Fast and self-learner
