DevOps Manager

We're looking for a DevOps team lead to join our big and successful company in the north.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins to automate and streamline the software delivery process.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash and Python to support infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment tasks.
• Implement and manage Docker containers for applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to integrate CI/CD processes into the overall software development lifecycle.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and availability of infrastructure and applications.
• Implement best practices for infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Requirements:

-3 years of experience leading a DevOps team in a fast-paced environment.

-Proven experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.

-Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python.

-Hands-on experience with Docker containers, including orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

-Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure automation.
