What will you do?

• Lead Torq’s capability to deploy over a dozen deployments daily while keeping top-notch quality practices.
• Drive the enhancement of test infrastructure to support scale, reduce delivery times, and improve the overall quality of all product aspects.
• Develop, mentor and oversee E2E (UI and API) tests for Torq’s management app and microservices using Python.
• Establish comprehensive testing and CI/CD standards for the entire R&D department
• Contribute to and lead the integration tests framework (Typescript) - ensuring cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of performance tests using k6
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as an automation developer.
• Proven experience with UI automation frameworks, preferably Playwright/Puppeteer (CDP based).
• Strong background in developing Python-based frameworks for test automation (Pytest, unittest, etc.).
• Experience in developing JavaScript/TypeScript-based automation frameworks (Jest, Mocha).
• Proficiency in bash and shell scripting.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas, designs, and issues to both technical and non-technical staff.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands-on experience working with Linux and modern applications using Docker containers and Kubernetes.
• Extensive knowledge of CI/CD and cloud deployment and testing.
• Experience with testing GRPC microservices.
• Experience with canary deployments.
• Experience with feature flag testing methodologies
