We're looking for a SAP Implementation Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business processes.
• Write customer requirement specification documents, functional specification documents for processes, and technical specification documents for developers.
• Collaborate effectively with ABAP developers to customize SAP CRM modules such as BT (Business Transactions), Case Management, Business Partner (BP), Product, and Service Request.
• Configure and optimize SAP CRM modules to enhance functionality and meet business objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM applications, addressing issues and ensuring smooth operation.

Requirements:

-3 years of experience in SAP implementation and customization.

-Experience in writing customer requirement specifications, functional specifications for processes, and technical specifications for developers.

-Hands-on experience working with ABAP developers.

-Proficiency in customizing SAP CRM modules, specifically BT, Case Management, BP, Product, and Service Request.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in SAP CRM configuration and optimization.
