**Key Responsibilities:**

- Overseeing the process department at the dairy, including control room operations, milk reception, and pasteurization.

- Managing a team of employees, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, training, development, and mobility.

- Implementing and executing production processes and plans according to established quantitative and qualitative metrics, while utilizing resources efficiently and effectively.

- Ensuring execution, supervision, and control of process operations, including establishing work methods and procedures.

- Comprehensive responsibility for implementing safety and quality management systems.

**What We're Looking For:**

- Bachelor's degree is a must. A degree in Food Technology, Economics, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field is advantageous.

- Minimum of two years' experience in managing complex projects and processes within large-scale industrial settings.

- Experience in the food industry, particularly dairy, and familiarity with raw milk management and reception systems are advantageous.

- Minimum of two years' experience in managing employees.
