Integration manager

As an integration manager, you will draw on your consultative-problem solving skills and technical acumen to help customers successfully integrate with our system, and ensure that client's performance marketing goal is met.

You will execute the successful integration of our systems and client's e-commerce websites and/ or mobile applications, along with daily campaign optimization to ensure client's goals are achieved.

Your responsibilities will involve conducting the technical operations for our clients in the following fields and integrate supply side as well.

• Analyzing the effectiveness of online campaigns and executing optimizations when necessary;
• Proactively investigating and troubleshooting campaign data to identify technical issues before they affect the performance of the campaigns;
• Setting up the technical integration between the internal campaign emission system and client's e-commerce platform;
• Supervising the creation of advertising materials such as dynamic ad banners;
• Facilitate partner facing technical calls
• Utilize various platforms/tools to ensure successful technical implementation of client requirements
• Facilitate the integration and troubleshooting process by providing technical assistance to both Account Managers , clients, Supply cooperation partner.
• Diligently troubleshoot product issues before escalating to the appropriate group
• Provide technical know-how and best practices to ensure proper implementation of our solutions

What you’ll bring

• 2-3 years of experience in a technical support field- a must!
• 1-2 years of technical position with partner facing experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical subject - Must
• Great English business and technical language communication skills, both oral and written
• Ad-Tech, programmatic, supply/demand side hands on experience -Must
• Natural leadership skills, manage good relationships with cross-functional teams and manage escalations
• Capable of driving partners technical calls
• Good understanding of mobile app certification & QA processes - experienced in profiling and troubleshooting in-app web components
• knowledge of Internet technologies, and a demonstrated capacity to learn
• Hands on experience with server-side integrations troubleshooting & setup
• Ability to actively drive problems to resolution
• Sound decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Ability to interact with the staff, management, and peers in a professional manner
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, Knowledge of structured data interchange formats like JSON and XML, as well as querying language like SQL.
• knowledge in APIs and apps integrations, experience using CRM products and experience with browser developer tools
• Work experience with web technologies (for example HTTP requests, cookies, HTML and JavaScript)
