V&V Engineer

A leading global medical company in the northern region of Israel is recruiting a Verification & Validation Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Design and write Software Test Documentation (STD) with a solid understanding of testing methodologies.
• Possess good knowledge and experience in automation tests.
• General understanding of FPGA technology.
• Analyze and debug failures and issues found, delivering reports identifying these issues.
• Verify documents created by R&D before delivering them to customers.
• Work closely with development teams.
• Determine the priority for test scenarios and create execution plans for their implementation.
• Play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, effectiveness, and compliance of our medical devices through rigorous verification and validation activities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop test plans, conduct testing activities, analyze results, and provide recommendations for product improvements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience with multi-disciplinary products.
• Experience in thoroughly understanding requirements and writing test designs for comprehensive requirement coverage.
• ISTQB certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with test tools and frameworks like ALM & Jira
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering or Biomedical Engineering with a strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes.
