Adalya Consulting & Management, specializing in consulting for the public sector, is recruiting a Junior Research Analyst to join our Municipal & Local Authorities team, working with key stakeholders at the Ministry of Interior.

Job Description

• Build and maintain Excel models, analyze data, and manage large databases
• Formulate methodologies for economic projects involving various stakeholders in the public sector
• Conduct literature reviews in both Hebrew and English to inform decision-making
• Write and present policy papers
• Consult professional work teams
• Conduct in-depth interviews and focus groups

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, business administration, accounting, PPE (Philosophy, Politics, and Economics), or law - required
• Motivated to work with the public sector - required
• Practical knowledge in Power BI - an advantage
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of econometrics (Stata) - an advantage
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
• High verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
