Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our

software, working on innovative features and improving the overall user experience for our

Responsibilities:

Lead the design efforts for our real estate investment management software, ensuring a

user-centric and intuitive experience.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather

requirements and translate them into thoughtful design solutions.

Create prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts

and interactions.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights, iteratively

improving the product design based on user needs.

Implement and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the

software.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and design innovations, infusing them

into the product development process.

Requirements:

-Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Product Designer, User Experience (UX) Designer, or Interaction Designer with a focus on B2B software products.

-Proficiency in using design and prototyping in Figma

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a track

record of delivering successful user experiences.

-Ability to work in an Agile development environment, effectively collaborating with cross-

functional teams.

-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design

decisions and rationale effectively.
