About the opportunity:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Manager to join our growing team.

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our unique community, providing an exceptional customer journey experience for ROOMS members. You will be the heart and soul of our diverse community - caring, attuned to people's needs, and extremely proactive. This position brings an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact for community members and solve all problems related to them

Welcome community members and guests to the complex and manage the process of receiving and leaving

Ensure proper day-to-day operation of the premises to ensure the highest level of member satisfaction

Make regular purchase orders for the complex and collaborate with suppliers for proper operation

Maintain regular communication with operations and maintenance teams to ensure processes run smoothly

Work with accounting for proper conduct in this aspect

Work with a CRM system in front of your team members and community members

Nurture the community and keep it fertile and diverse

Create a strong and cohesive community by building value for community members through event planning and content

Responsible for the monthly Gantt of the happy hour and the weekly budget and their implementation

Create an inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and creativity - both internally and externally

Manage the complex application for updates and information for community members

Provide support to the sales team and encourage sales through events

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

At least two years of experience in office management/frontal customer service or related field

High sense of service and order and organization skills

Exceptional multi-tasking skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Versatility and dynamism

High interpersonal skills

A caring attitude and constant help

Entrepreneurial in nature with teamwork skills

Work ethic and empathy
