Geographic Information Systems Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tirat Karmel for a Geographic Information Systems Technician. The Geographic Information Systems Technician will be responsible for performing tasks such as data collection, analysis, and mapping using various GIS software. They will also collaborate with other team members to support GIS projects and provide technical assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, or related field (Optional IF there is background in the softwares needed, from IDF service).
• Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS etc.
• Experience working with geospatial data and performing spatial analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in cartography and map production is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python (programming language) is a plus.
