Finance Manager

A leading manufacturing company located in the Shephelah region is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager (CFO). The role encompasses full responsibility for all financial functions within the company, including the preparation of financial reports, management, budget planning, control, and cash flow management. Additionally, responsibilities include overseeing investment management, maintaining relationships with banks, managing company expenditures, leading the accounting team, handling supplier payments, and managing customer collections. This is a challenging and dynamic position with the possibility of becoming part of the executive team and participating in strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications

🔸Certified Public Accountant (CPA)  

🔸At least 8 years of experience as a CFO  

🔸Proven experience in managing a finance team – mandatory  

🔸Experience working with international operations – significant advantage  

🔸Experience in an industrial company – advantage  

🔸Experience in managing investment portfolios – advantage
