We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled senior QA engineer who has our company's vision in mind, while understanding the technology we use, and the level of quality needed for a medical device.

In this position you will need a "can do" approach of making things happen on time and with the highest quality. You will work with many peers across the company and should be able to create a pleasant, productive and professional working environment.

You will work as an independent QA champion on a small team with varied strengths, focusing on the quality process and tests of the product the team is responsible for.

What you'll do

• Be the quality champion of the team, leading the product quality. Mentoring the team to develop with quality assurance in mind.
• Hands-on planning, crafting, implementing, and completing manual and automated testing, including API tests, end-to-end tests, front-end and back-end tests.
• Lead the quality process, including creating bugs, analyzing them, handing them over, and tracking them.
• Writing test strategy documents and comprehensive test scripts.
• Collaborating with developers and product managers to achieve a high standard quality environment.
  
  

• At least 4-6 years of professional experience as a QA engineer in a high-end technology company.
• A standout colleague with experience in working closely with developers and product managers.
• Confirmed experience with designing, writing, and driving test plans for sophisticated client-server applications.
• Excellent understanding of quality methodologies, testing tools and the development process, including Continuous Testing, Continuous Integration (CI) and Agile.
• Strong Technical and analytical skills.
• Shown experience with testing mobile applications.
• Excellent English skills in verbal communication, writing, and reading.
• Guide in problem-solving and system analysis.
• Ability to maintain a high level of quality while working on highly regulated products under pressure and deadlines.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead quality assurance projects from ideation to completion throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  
  

• Work experience in the medical field and with medical regulations.
• Experience working in compliance with regulated standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Experience with any scripting or programming language.
• Previous experience and collaboration with test automation teams
• Using Jira as a tasks/bugs management system.
