Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Technician at Smart Techno Services Ltd located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining documentation of IT systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Good problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus
