Senior Data Analyst

Description

Our amazing People (HR) team is growing and we׳re looking for a highly motivated Senior Data Analyst who is passionate about data and has a strong analytical background to join us. This role will be a key role in the HR department and will be responsible for supporting monday.com growth through the art and science of people and data.

Your role will be to bring your expert analytical ability to promote the domain, provide people insights and recognize emerging opportunities.

About The Role

• Define, build, and track People related Key Performance Indicators
• Build reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Lead HR systems integration to data cloud.
• Synthesize data and trends into actionable insights.
• Monitor data quality and integrity.
• Inform data-driven decision-making with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  
  

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst / BI role, preferably with experience in People Analytics or in the field of HR
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data, paying attention to details
• Experience working with BI / Data Visualization tools (Tableau or similar BI tool)
• Expert in SQL
• Expert in Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Experience working with HR systems (Success Factor, Comeet or similar)- Advantage
• Proven ability to build relationships and work in a team as well as an independent environment
• Degree in quantitative fields, with strong analytical orientation- advantage
• Trustworthy and able to maintain a high level of discretion in working with sensitive and highly confidential information
• Storytelling and presentation skills
• Familiar with APIs and integration processes
