Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for Tech Lead who understand and believe in software engineering best practices (design, clean code, testing, code reviews, automation, etc) with expertise in Backend Tech Lead.

Qualifications and requirements:

• 7+ years of programming experience, with a strong proficiency in Go.lang, GraphQL, React remix.
• Proven experience in developing web applications and server side applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Ensure timely delivery of software projects, meeting quality standards, and following best practices in software development.
• Hands-on coding, debugging, and troubleshooting to support the team and ensure project success.
• Strong analytical thinking, systematic problem-solving skills
• Worked on numerous projects in diverse business domains
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
