System Engineer

As a Systems Engineer at Rafael, you will play a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge systems. You will be responsible for:

• Developing system architecture based on a deep understanding of system requirements and leveraging advanced technologies and system integrations.
• Creating electronic requirements specifications and defining the testing concept while considering manufacturing constraints, maintenance needs, and customer requirements.
• Leading development teams (subsystems, integrations, firmware) from initiation to system approval in trials and transition to production, constantly evaluating schedule, cost, and other constraints.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in developing electronic systems and integrating their various components - mandatory.
• Experience in leading large development teams, even from different disciplines, and representing these teams to various projects.
• Knowledge and experience in hardware verification processes in development and leading the convergence process to system trials.
• Knowledge and experience in production transfer processes, customer maintenance, and troubleshooting - an advantage.
