Global Content and Communication manager

We are seeking an innovative Content and Communication Manager to drive communication, support our communications strategies and marketing efforts, and manage their execution in alignment with the organization's targets.

This role includes both internal and AT&T global content communications needs. The manager will source, create, and deliver communication content that engages and educates audiences about the impact of AT&T’s Israel R&D Center across its global network.

The ideal candidate should possess a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, exceptional copywriting skills, and a strong orientation toward digital technologies.

Main Responsibilities

· Establish and drive a multi-channel communications strategy for delivering organization culture and business strategy.

· Prepare and manage all communications materials for internal and external audiences, creating rich and creative content that enhances the organization’s strategy and is optimized for search engines.

· Manage all content and communication aspects within AT&T’s global organization

· Collaborate with senior leadership to build executive presentations that align with the organization’s business needs.

Key Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related discipline; Bachelor's degree in computer science is an advantage.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations or related roles within a global company (a must).

· Experience working with high-tech companies (a must).

· Native English speaker with excellent writing skills (a must).

· Experience working with GenAI technologies.

· Graphic design skills (an advantage).

· High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and adeptness at building relationships with different stakeholders.
