Marketplace Operations & Project Manager

About The Role

• Work with XFN teams to manage and streamline the payment process between monday.com, developers, and partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and own end-to-end business projects- work closely with various technical and business stakeholders, from the initiation and evaluation stages to the execution and roll-out stages
• Create and enforce governance processes to ensure the quality of our apps
• Lead and execute app security program working in conjunctions with developers, security and the review team
• Identifying areas for improvement based on data analysis inspired by our vision & strategy for the business.
• Provide support for ongoing business needs.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience from a tech company in project management and/or operational roles - MUST
• Deep understanding and know-how in developing/automation processes- MUST
• Experience in leading high scale cross-organizational projects- MUST
• Finance experience- an advantage
• High attention to detail working with a large volume of transactions, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's in Economics, Accounting, Industrial engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
