Job Description

As the Director of Data Platform and AI Services at CyberArk, you'll spearhead the development of cutting-edge data platform solutions and AI services to fortify our cybersecurity offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in the fight against cyber threats while driving the growth and success of a global leader in cybersecurity. In this role you will lead a dynamic team of 20-25 professionals at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-thinking strategy for data platform and AI services, aligned with CyberArk's mission and business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse group of 2-4 teams of 20-25 data engineers, including BE FE developers, data scientists, and architect, fostering a collaborative and engaging team culture.
• Innovation: Drive innovation in data platform architecture and AI techniques, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance CyberArk's cybersecurity solutions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to integrate data-driven insights and AI capabilities into CyberArk's products and services.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to understand their unique challenges and requirements, developing customized data-driven solutions to address their cybersecurity needs.
• Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in data platforms, AI, and cybersecurity, providing thought leadership internally and externally through whitepapers, presentations, and industry events.
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing data platform and/or AI services development in a cybersecurity or technology company.
• Strong expertise in data engineering, data architecture, and big data technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (mainly AWS).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of fostering a collaborative and engaging team culture, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving innovation and delivering results.
