Product Manager - Identity

Job Description

Join the Wix Identity team to take full responsibility and ownership of Wix Roles & Permissions. In Roles & Permissions we create products for a diverse audience of users, from self-creators to Wix partners and enterprise clients, which are critical for their business operation. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Own the product life cycle - from inception to production: market, data, BI and user research, defining wireframes, scope, KPIs, and the development process
• Lead the roadmap-building process of the Roles & Permissions domain
• Lead the product and UX members in the Roles & Permissions group (professional guidance, reviews, and task allocation)
• Interact with users of all types (self-creators, partners, enterprise) through different channels, analyze user data in order to continuously improve and evolve the product
• Work closely with R&D to continuously evolve the Roles & Permissions platform to serve new business scenarios on a huge scale
• Create and maintain relationships with many stakeholders across Wix (senior management, marketing, sales, product, legal, security, customer care and more)
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience building consumer web products, working in collaboration with other PMs and across multiple teams
• Experience creating roadmaps for your products, prioritizing features based on user needs, business impact, and required effort
• Significant technical background, having worked closely with R&D, or as a developer
• Great analytical skills: Fluent in defining workflows, and analyzing user needs, intents and business cases, as well as translating them into great user experiences
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills: You can explain the ideas of your team or yourself in a clear and concise way in both Hebrew and English
• Experience in identity management or building platforms - an advantage
