Full Stack Team Leader

About the role:

We are currently looking for an experienced R&D Team Lead. In this role you will manage a multi-discipline team (Scrum) and be an integral part of our engineering team, providing technical leadership, mentoring, coaching, and guidance to multiple development activities.

You will be working with key stakeholders from the product and business units as well as software engineers to ensure proper delivery.

The ideal candidate will be a natural technical leader, combining strong management and technical skills, along with a history of success in high-growth B2B / B2B2C SaaS companies.

Responsibilities

• :Lead a highly-skilled diverse team composed of both BE and FE developer
• sProject manage the teams; delivery to a successful release by tracking work, dependencies, and risks and taking corrective actions as necessary
• .Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Ops, Architects and external partners to build products our customers would love to use on a daily basi
• sHands-on attitude gets into the technical detail
• sFacilitate and support team member’s technical and career growth objectives through training, leadership opportunities, challenging work assignments, and focused mentorship
• .Build the team by hiring the best engineers. This includes direct participation and delegation of all recruitment and hiring activities as needed
• .Be the technical focal point for the team members
