Project Management Officer

A leading international company is seeking a PMO

Job Description:

• Control and Supervision - Monitoring project/task performance, preparing and reporting the status of tasks and projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and other defined objectives.
• Interfaces - Responsible for synchronizing between projects/tasks/units and various organizational interfaces, providing continuous updates on project progress and status while meeting targets and timelines.
• Resource Management - Assisting in the management of resources for various projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and personnel management to ensure successful and timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Risk Management - Identifying and managing risks in projects/tasks and preparing response plans to handle risks efficiently.
• Verification and Quality Assurance - Conducting quality checks of processes and outputs in projects to ensure they meet established standards and requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years as a PMO (preference for experience in financial/insurance companies).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – specialization in Information Systems.
• Advanced Degree: Master's degree is an advantage.
• Language: Native level English (mandatory).
• Project Management Software: Full proficiency in MS Project or equivalent.
• MS Office Skills: Full proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Teams.
• Interpersonal Skills: High interpersonal abilities.
• Independence: Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Team Player: Strong team player.
• Additional Languages: Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
