Product and Web Designer

Join Our Team: Product & Web Designer for a Growing Cybersecurity Company

Are you ready to lead and shape the design vision of a young, rapidly growing cybersecurity company? We're transitioning from working with freelancers to establishing our in-house design team, and we need a dynamic, versatile designer to spearhead this exciting new phase.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute design concepts for our range of products, ensuring consistency and excellence across all platforms - Web, Desktop (Windows & Mac), iOS & Android
• Collaborate with various teams to create user-centered designs, leveraging your expertise in Figma and design systems.
• Contribute to our marketing efforts with your creative flair, ensuring our brand stands out in the competitive cybersecurity market.
• Engage in product design, enhancing user experience and ensuring our products meet the high standards of functionality and aesthetics
• Lead the establishment of our in-house design team, setting the standard for excellence and creativity.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in design, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.

What You'll Need:

Must Have

• Strong portfolio showcasing your skills across a range of projects.
• A minimum of 2 year of experience as a product designer.
• A minimum of 1 year in web and marketing design and/or brand designer.
• Experience working on products across different platforms.
• Experience working closely with development teams.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with design systems and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Capability to work independently & manage projects from concept to completion.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in B2C projects, demonstrating an ability to connect with consumer audiences.
• Working in cybersecurity company
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
