We are looking for an Infrastructure and Energy Engineer to join us!

Role Description:

• Manage and lead technical team at the plant for project completion and routine maintenance tasks.
• Operate and maintain plant infrastructure and peripheral equipment, including air compressors, smokestacks, chiller systems, and drainage facilities. Work in an innovative integrated environment.
• Engage in internal plant improvement projects related to maintenance and enhancement.
• Collaborate with international and local stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineer. (experience with air compressors, level 2 gas system operator, refrigeration technician, natural gas technician, certified energy manager, or certified electrician is an advantage).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an engineer (B.Sc.) or 4+ years as Engineer with a diploma in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, ownership, assertiveness, and responsibility.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple interfaces and directly report to superiors.
• Good Excel skills, familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
