Technical Support Expert

Company Description

SOFiSTiK ME, a leading provider of Autodesk products and services for the AEC industry, seeks a knowledgeable and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a remote Technical Support Expert. In this role, you will provide our clients exceptional technical support and problem-solving assistance, predominantly focused on Autodesk software such as Revit and AutoCAD. This remote position has a flexible work schedule with a hybrid office and remote work model.

Responsibilities:

·        Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and support requests via email.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Autodesk software products, particularly Revit and Autocad

·        Provide clear and concise instructions, explanations, and guidance to clients in a friendly and patient manner.

·        Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff or the development team when necessary.

·        Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions in our customer support system.

·        Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and changes in Autodesk products to provide effective Support

Requirements:

·        Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with a deep understanding of their features and functionality.

·        Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably supporting Autodesk products or similar AEC software.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve software-related issues.

·        Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.

·        Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor.

·        Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.

·        A background in the AEC industry as a civil engineer, architect, or related field is a plus.

·        Experience in using AutoCAD and/or drafting and design is highly desirable.
