We are looking for a hands-on Recruitment Marketing expert to develop and execute Check Point recruitment marketing strategy, budget, and activities to increase brand awareness and attract relevant talent to our IL site.
In this role, you will work with partners across Check Point to share our story with the Israeli tech industry.
This position is part of the IL Talent Acquisition team. It will serve as a Check Point Recruitment Marketing champion, ensuring our story is consistently and meaningfully represented in all candidate touchpoints to strengthen our brand awareness and candidate experience to position Check Point as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of recruitment marketing & candidate experience strategy and plan in both long and short-term
- Initiate and lead campaigns and programs to support recruiting needs and position Check Point as a top employer
- Develop End-to-end and implement employee referral campaigns, onboarding activities, diversity and inclusion programs, job fairs, and sponsorship events
- Refresh recruitment marketing and candidate experience toolkit and recruiting materials on a timely basis to build and maintain a quality candidate pipeline for all open positions
- Co-manage IL social media channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Glassdoor, etc.
- Work closely with recruiters and organizational leaders to build infrastructures, processes, and tools to ensure the best candidate experience
- Analyze the success of campaigns, advertising sites, and events, and actively seek improvements and increase the recruitment pipeline.
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Social media experience (organic and paid content)
- Proven experience managing complex and creative projects
- Proven experience in leading a meaningful change
- Marketing orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew – A must (English as mother tongue is preferable)
- Extensive knowledge & passion for digital technology
- Agile, self-driven, creative, and able to work independently
- Has the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels and across functions
