Sales Operations Coordinator

BriefCam is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator who can help capture and analyze data, review processes, and make improvements that will benefit our sales organization. Reporting directly to BriefCam’s Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for working directly with BriefCam’s sales team, primarily in the EMEA region, to ensure that pipeline data is accurate, accessible and can be translated into valuable insights. The Sales Operations Coordinator will also be supporting global sales operations initiatives such as the design, creation, and training of new sales processes and best practices, managing metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and designing new analytics that will help leadership make data-backed business decisions, increase sales efficiency, and increase revenue.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are a must as well as a strong background in creating, interpreting, and translating sales data. Salesforce experience is considered a strong asset.

Requirements:

• You have 2+ years experience in sales operations or analytics.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics is highly advantageous (but not required).
• Experience with business intelligence tools is highly advantageous (but not required).
