Platform Product Manager

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with cutting-edge products based in Tel Aviv.

The cyber intelligence domain is constantly evolving thus we are seeking for a motivated Product Manager who is excited to work on the most sophisticated intelligence gathering technology used by governments and law-enforcement agencies around the world.

We are looking for an experienced product manager to join our product team and play an integral role in leading one of our flagship products designed to assist lawful authorities in their day-to-day missions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and shape the product vision and roadmap.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle – from initial design to execution.
• Understand client challenges and needs to ensure the product is developed to maximize both clients’ operational success and the company’s business goals.
• Collect and analyze requirements, prioritize them, and write clear and detailed PRDs and UI/UX flows.
• Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams – R&D, UI/UX, BI, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Client Success etc. – to guarantee a smooth and efficient implementation and delivery.
• Act as a leader within the company.
  
  

• + 3 years of experience as a product manager.
• Well adapted to a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.
• A technical orientation and ability to deep dive into technological aspects, participate in technical discussions and asses technical trade-offs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Significant background in one or more of the following fields: intelligence, cyber, mobile world.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Team player, confident, proactive, independent, and enthusiastic.
