• Design and build robust services and APIs that fuel our product.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship exciting new features.
• Fine-tune existing systems for peak performance and scalability.
• Lend your expertise in code reviews and share your knowledge with the team.
• Be the backend guardian, identifying and resolving issues with eagle eyes.
• Champion microservices architecture and event-driven communication systems.
• Integrate and operationalize large language models (LLMs) seamlessly.
• Stay on top of the latest trends and technologies in the software development world.

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Python as your weapon of choice.
• 3+ years of experience building RESTful API services with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI at your fingertips.
• 3+ years of experience wielding task queues and asynchronous programming in Python.
• A deep understanding of databases (think PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), caching mechanisms (like Redis, Memcached), and vector stores (Pinecone, Elasticsearch sound familiar?).
• A solid grasp of software architecture and design patterns, with a fondness for microservices architecture and event-driven communication.
• Experience integrating and working with LLMs in large production systems is a major plus.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience? We speak your language (highly desirable).
• Proficiency in code versioning tools like Git is a must.
