About the role

As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in leading our marketing initiatives, helping to create and execute campaigns, and driving brand awareness. You will work closely with our sales team to develop strategies, create content, and analyze performance metrics. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your marketing skills and contribute to a high-impact AI startup.

Responsibilities

• Planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
• Develop engaging content for blogs, social media and newsletters to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking metrics.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably within the technology or startup sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Etc.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
