What You’ll Do:

• Define and Describe New Features: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and articulate new product features, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.
• Work Closely with R&D and QA: Partner with the Research & Development and Quality Assurance teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality delivery of new features and improvements.
• Engage with Customers: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in Israel and abroad, understanding their needs, gathering feedback, and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, maintenance, and end-of-life planning.
• Performance Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to ensure product success and identify areas for improvement.

Who You Are:

• Experience: At least 4 years of experience in B2B / B2G web applications.
• Education: A relevant degree in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Customer-Centric: A strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship management.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of mutual respect and cooperation.
• Language Proficiency: Very high proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Nice to Have: Knowledge in traffic management or related fields.
