DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to product architecture and infrastructure design, actively researching and implementing cutting-edge technologies for our private mobile core solution.
• Develop and maintain complex CI/CD pipelines to automate the setup of testing and development environments, software packaging, automated testing, and generation of comprehensive test reports.
• Enhance system installation, upgrade, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools across AWS, KVM, ESXi, and other virtualization/cloud platforms.
• Proficiently code in Bash, Python, Groovy, and utilize Ansible for scripting and automation, ensuring rigorous testing of all code.
• Produce clear and concise technical documentation and installation guides for use by QA, field, and support engineers.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years HO experience as a DevOps/SRE engineer.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Experience with routing protocols, DNS, IPSec, tunneling, iptables, load balancing, and packet analysis using tools like Wireshark.
• Advanced expertise in Linux internals, including networking, file systems, security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Ansible.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Kafka, Couchbase, Redis, and similar technologies.
• Proven track record designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with software building tools (e.g., npm, maven, ninja, GCC) and packaging tools (e.g., RPM).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with LTE or 5G mobile core architecture and components.
• Experience working with other cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
