Service and Inventory Manager - Chilled Sector

Responsibilities:

• Lead the service and inventory team in the chilled sector.
• Continuously improve and meet service functions to ensure the satisfaction of interfaces and employees, while optimizing the use of infrastructure, budget, and human resources.
• Develop work routines and procedures in the worlds of inventory and service.
• Responsible for the direct management of managers (team leaders and supervisors) and the indirect management of employees.
• Manage and control the budgets of the inventory and service sector, including operational KPI's.
• Compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality system requirements and standards.
• Multiple interface work - intra-unit and inter-unit.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in managing employees and managers.
• 3 years of experience in managing a logistics team is required.
• Experience in EXCEL and SAP is required.
• High ability to manage time and tasks.
• Willingness for high availability.
