- Supervises and leads a field service engineer for the management and successful execution of the company's experiments and projects.
- Managing the pipeline between our customers and the company, proactively identifying business opportunities within existing projects, initiating business solutions for customers and then escalating to account managers for execution.
- Lead and manage large-scale demo systems for potential deals or capabilities featuring both pre-sales and post-sales demo system deployments.
- Provide after-sales support including system delivery, installation, training and implementation.
- Development and implementation of service strategies and policies by ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Definition of product requirements and cutting edge improvements in command and control functionality.
- Involved in strategic planning and collaboration with all departments.
- Managing adaptation of projects to different platforms
- BS.c in relevant engineering field
- 3+ proven experience in a similar position
- Familiarity with radar systems - a major advantage
- Previous experience in the defense industry - an advantage
- Excellent team player and interpersonal skills
