Position Overview:

You will learn the domain of digital intelligence while acquiring good perception of our business objectives.

We provide the necessary tools and solutions for Forensic Examiners, Police Officers, and Detectives to connect the dots through our technology of crime investigations, protect and save lives, accelerate justice, and ensure data privacy.

You will take full ownership on leading a team in delivering features from design through implementation , you will be working together with stakeholders and other team leaders in order to bring great value to our customers.

As we modernize our tech-stack you will need to bring your experience to the whiteboard while we set our target-architecture and future tech roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

As a software developer for our market-leading product, Pathfinder, you will:

Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from design to production phase.

Deliver top-tier features with extensive automation coverage.

Contribute to an Agile Scrum team spanning multiple geographic locations.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience as a developer.

3 years of experience as team leader.

Search - advantage.

leading Backend development team.

Proven success delivering high quality distributed systems with complex requirements in an Agile environment.

proficiency in C#.

Experience in Micro Services architecture.

Experience with building AWS cloud-based systems.

Excellent critical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Effective at time management.

Good collaboration and managerial skills.

Superb communication skills both in Hebrew and English.
