DevOps Lead

We are seeking a DevOps Lead for Security Startup.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Strategy: Lead the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure and cloud environments. Guide the development of tools and services to ensure the high availability and performance of our platform.
• Innovation and Improvement: Spearheaded the architectural and infrastructural design of our product. Evaluate and integrate new cloud technologies and open-source tools to enhance product delivery and availability.
• Growth and Scalability: Plan and execute data capacity growth and scaling strategies for various products. Ensure the successful deployment of production-grade solutions.
• Impactful Contributions: Make a lasting impact on our products and tackle unique technology challenges as part of an early-stage team addressing critical customer needs.

• Required Skills:
• Extensive Experience: 5+ years as a DevOps Engineer in large-scale, distributed Linux environments.
• Cloud Mastery: Proven expertise with AWS Cloud services and infrastructure, including routing tables, peering, gateways, Route 53, storage, and cost analysis.
• CI/CD Proficiency: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with at least one of the following: GitHub Actions, CircleCI, GitLab, Jenkins.
• Monitoring and Alerting: Significant experience with monitoring systems. Familiarity with at least one of the following: Prometheus, Datadog, New Relic.
• Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting and programming languages, particularly Bash.
• Containerization: Hands-on experience with containerized environments, including Kubernetes (with Helm, operators, ingress), Dockerfiles, and related tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Istio).
• Networking: Knowledge of cloud networking and infrastructure.
• Infrastructure as Code: Preferable experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
