PMO (Project Manager Officer)

Description

We are looking for a talented junior PMO to join our Customer Success team.

The PMO will manage the inbound daily activities across the company, mainly focusing on the development process (process KPI’s, Gating process and Action Items).

The PMO will need to use the Jira and other internal management tools for tracking the activities.

PMO Duties:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of the main cross company processes and initiatives, with high focus on new versions releases to end customers
• Support the management and leadership of the department in all project matters
  
  

• Establishes and maintains new software version management standards, methodologies, processes, KPIs and tools across the organization.
• Facilitate and monitor the process of releasing new versions from RnD to the end customers against planned scope, schedules and quality. Identify and resolve problems, and updating plans as needed
• Generate periodical progress reports and KPI reports
• Monitor of the renewal and invoicing processes
• Take a leading role in implementing new tools, such as a new CRM
  
  

• Atlassian applications, specifically JIRA
• In-depth knowledge of Excel including macros
• Gantt management & build in MS-Project / other
• Ability to influence others and encourage embracing change as well as using new processes and tools
• Self-motivated leader and problem solver who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
