We are seeking an R&D Project/Scrum Manager to play a pivotal role in our product development process. The ideal candidate will oversee multidisciplinary R&D projects, with an emphasis on managing software development using agile/sprint methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of engineering projects
- Support and guide multiple engineering teams
- Serve as an Agile master, improving team practices
- Collaborate with product teams on roadmaps
- Manage priorities and deliver projects on time and with quality
- Remove obstacles and facilitate cross-team collaboration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
- 4+ years as R&D Project and Scrum Manager
- Experience with hardware, real-time software, cloud, and web applications
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira
- Knowledge of testing cycles and SCRUM/Kanban
- IoT product experience is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
